Dear friends of Adventures in Nourishment,
I hope this letter finds you well and rested during this time of resettling and reconnecting. With the Winter Solstice behind us, we move toward longer days and a new year of intention and action, welcoming in the dreams we wish for ourselves and our world in the coming year.
It is my hope that Adventures in Nourishment will serve in supporting these manifestations as we work to create a more thoughtful and meaningful existence every day by sharing the practical, simple and wondrous gifts of Yoga and Earth Medicine. January's schedule of classes and events, thus far:
There will be many more opportunities for Mindfulness, Movement and Healing announced soon, including a special Full Moon Yoga event taking place on the 31st of January with my dear friend and fellow yoga instructor, Hannah Joy.
Take extra time for self-care and nourishment this month, as the fluctuations in whether, post-holiday stress, and return to our busy schedules can increase susceptibility to the viral and bacterial infections floating around. If you need any extra immune system support this season, please don't hesitate to reach out to me for remedies, movement techniques, and at-home-remedy recipes.
